Problems:

• No Information was found for my order:
  Check to see if you typed in the correct order number
  Your package may have not shipped yet
  Your merchandise may not be completed. After final approval it usually takes 3 days
  If you are shipping to an APO, FPO, PO BOX or internation this will not work
  
• Server Error:
  There may be a problem with the server try back in a little while
• There was an exception in UPS dialog box:
  This is a UPS problem, its usually not bad just may be delayed a day
