From the time you submit your order, it will take 1
day for a proof. Then after you approve your proof, it will take 2-3
business days to prepare. Then shipping time will vary depending on

What are your requirements for graphics? |

We accept any type of digital graphics and also hard
copies. We require that the graphics be 300 dpi or better. If you
don't know what this means please call for assistance. |

We have many stock graphics available. If you would
like our graphic team to design one for you this can also be done
for an additional fee. |

What if there is a spelling error on our final plaques? |

If the spelling error was our mistake, we will issue
a call tag for the misspelled awards and redo the incorrect awards
at no cost. If the spelling error was yours, you will need to send
the original ones back and we will redo them at a discount. |

Yes you can. We will provide you with a sample of your
order but you will have to pay for it. This will be equal to the price
for one award. We will then credit this to your order if you decide
